1. General Care
We follow care labels and industry-standard cleaning procedures.
We are not responsible for items with missing care labels.
Pre-existing damage (tears, weak fabric, loose buttons, embellishments, etc.) is not our responsibility.
2. Stains
While we use professional stain removal methods, not all stains can be removed.
Certain stains (bleach, dye transfer, aged stains, chemical damage) may be permanent.
3. Loss or Damage Claims
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/return of items.
Items must be returned for inspection with the original receipt.
Compensation, if approved, is based on:
Fair market value
Age of garment
Depreciation value
Not original purchase price
4. Unclaimed / Undelivered Items
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive returned items or provide a safe place.
We are not responsible for items once delivered to the agreed location.
Items unable to be delivered may be returned to premises and subject to storage/disposal policies.
5. Payment
Payment is due prior to or at time of delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Personal Items
Please check pockets before collection.
We are not responsible for personal items left inside garments.
