We take great care in handling garments entrusted to us for dry cleaning. However, customers are advised that all items are cleaned at their own risk. Whilst all reasonable efforts are made to ensure garments are returned in the best possible condition, we cannot accept responsibility for inherent weaknesses in fabrics, colour loss, or damage caused by previous stains and treatments.
We do not accept responsibility for hems, buttons, zips etc. on any items left at these premises.
Items left at the premises for more than 4 months and have not been picked up after a courtesy phone call will be considered for disposal.
Please ensure all valuables are removed from pockets prior to handing in garments, as we do not accept liability for loss of or damage to items left in pockets or attached to clothing. By submitting items for cleaning, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Due to health and safety, could anyone taking in items that are soiled please let us know at time of drop off.
